1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bajj platform and you, the user ("you" or "Member"). By using the bajj website and its related services, you fully agree to these Terms.

bajj is an online gaming and betting platform that provides slot games, live casino, and various sports betting services including cricket to users in Bangladesh. These Terms are effective according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

1.1 Definitions

• "Member" means any person registered on bajj.

• At any time if deemed necessary by bajj.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

Keeping your bajj account secure is entirely your responsibility. It is very important to keep your password and login details confidential.

Transferring, selling, or giving a bajj account to any other person is strictly prohibited. Each account is for the personal use of the registered Member only.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

bajj supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the name of the registered Member.
• Deposits made using third-party payment methods are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

The following terms apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• It is recommended to use the same payment method for withdrawals as was used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• bajj may take additional time if a withdrawal request requires review.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on bajj are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No currency conversion is required.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bajj offers new members a 120% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required.
• A 15x wagering requirement on the bonus funds must be completed before withdrawal.
• The wagering must be completed within a specified period from the date the bonus is received.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• If the deposit is withdrawn after claiming the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.2 Wagering Requirement Details

The following points should be kept in mind when fulfilling the wagering requirement:

• The wagering requirement is calculated based on the bonus amount.
• All slot games generally contribute 100% toward wagering.
• The contribution rate for table games and live casino games may differ.

5.3 VIP Program

The bajj VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Bronze Tier: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver Tier: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold Tier: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on regular participation and activity. bajj reserves the right to evaluate and change VIP membership.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All gaming activities on bajj are conducted fairly and transparently. Compliance with gaming rules is mandatory for every Member.

6.1 Betting Limits

• Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are clearly stated in the game interface.
• When placing bets using bonus funds, the maximum bet amount may be limited according to the bonus terms.
• bajj reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.2 Technical Issues

The following policy applies in the event of technical issues during a gaming session:

• If the internet connection is lost, the result of the ongoing round will be determined according to the server log.
• Incomplete transactions due to server errors may be automatically cancelled or completed.
• Decisions regarding losses caused by technical issues will be made after a detailed investigation.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

For betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20, ICC), football, and other sports events:

• If a match is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Decisions related to betting will be finalised after the match result has been officially announced.
• Attempting to artificially create risk-free profit by betting on different outcomes of the same event is prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent Activity: Any form of fraud, manipulation, or system manipulation is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or false information is prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of illegal money laundering is strictly prohibited.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, or any other automated tools is prohibited.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes is prohibited.
• Platform Attacks: Cyberattacks or any form of technical attack on the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Underage Access: Helping anyone under the age of 21 to open an account is prohibited.

bajj reserves the right to cancel or suspend any member's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or fraudulent information during KYC verification.
• Detection of suspicious financial activity.
• Evidence of a breach of applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempting to harm other members.

8.2 Account Closure by Member
